Wandsworth Common
Full refurbishment of an existing post war townhouse, including basement and glazed pavilion extension.

The basement was conceived to declutter the living space and allow greater appreciation of the highly detailed, bespoke fixtures including a gravity defying cantilevered staircase.
​
Special negotiation with Building Control was required for this project, which also included concealed fire sprinklers to allow an open plan over four storey.
